About BLETCHLEY PARK

Originally established in the early 1950s as Dawson Stud Farm, in recent times it has been home to the celebrated racehorse, Bletchley Park, which inspired the name for the estate. Go back in history and there was also the famous Bletchley Park just outside London, where wartime code-breakers worked to crack the Enigma machine.

Bletchley Park is perfectly situated to enjoy all the benefits of the established Canning Vale area. Just 17 kms south of Perth, Bletchley Park is generally bounded by Ranford Road, Southern River Road and Holmes Street. A sprawling 40 hectares of lakes, waterways, bush land and parks.

It has excellent access to any part of Perth via Tonkin Highway, Roe Highway, South Street and Kwinana Freeway.

Masterplan and Location

Using Perth’s most experienced consulting team we have been able to harness design smarts from around the globe to implement into Bletchley Park. It has been designed as a fully planned community built around six individual neighbourhoods.

These will use the natural features in the area to create cohesive pockets where community will flourish.

Land Precincts

As Bletchley Park grows and completes its final design, there will be a series of separate neighbourhoods linked to each other by parks and walkways. The first will be Hedge Lane.

Lillyfields, The Village, Abingdon, Waterside and then Lane Gardens will follow Hedge Lane.

It’s a name that’s synonymous with achievement.

Environment

At Bletchley Park we are committed to creating a special place that works in harmony with the natural environment. Significant areas have been set aside as natural bush land with boardwalks and hike trails. These areas are then to be inter-linked by a series of formal parks, lakes and waterways.

The parklands have been designed to integrate with a state-of- the-art urban water management plan to handle storm water most efficiently, ensuring the long-term health of the downstream river systems.
